We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill orders, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit or purchase through www.swagforschools.com, including any school-specific or employee products hosted on the Site (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and billing address, email, phone number, the school/organization tied to your order, and details you submit for personalized items (e.g., name, size, or number). Payment information (credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay details) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors — we do not store your full card number. We and our service providers also automatically collect technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies that help operate the Site (e.g., your shopping cart), analyze traffic, and improve your experience. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect Site functionality; we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

We use the information we collect to process and fulfill orders (including custom items), communicate about orders or support requests, operate and improve the Site, detect and prevent fraud or technical issues, coordinate with the Rutherford County Schools office on bulk shipments and store logistics, and comply with legal obligations. We do not send marketing communications unless you separately opt in, and we do not sell your personal information for third parties' own marketing purposes.

We share information with service providers who help us operate, such as payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, and garment decorators or website/analytics vendors; with the school or organization sponsoring your order's store, as needed for fulfillment and logistics; when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Cultivation Network or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. We do not knowingly share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

The Site is intended for Rutherford County Tennessee Schools employees only and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Site. 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and we encourage you to check back periodically.

Acceptance of Terms & About Us

By accessing or using www.swagforschools.com (the "Site"), including any school-specific or employee stores hosted on it, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Swag for Schools, operated by Cultivation Network, Inc, sells branded apparel through this Site. Product availability and store products vary by school and are set at our discretion or the sponsoring school's/organization's direction. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

Eligibility, Orders & Pricing

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order; the Site is intended for Rutherford County Tennessee employees and not for direct use by children. We try to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or other errors, limit or cancel any order (including suspected reseller orders), or discontinue products or a store at any time. If we cancel or correct an order after payment, we will notify you and refund any amount already charged for the affected items. This Site runs on a monthly, limited-time "store window" basis, with items produced and shipped in a batch after the window closes; any timelines given are estimates only.

Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Cultivation Network, Inc; school names, mascots, and logos on products are trademarks of their respective schools/districts, used under license for producing that school's merchandise. You may not reproduce or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission or that of the applicable trademark owner. You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts, disrupt the Site, transmit harmful code, or scrape the Site without permission. We may suspend or terminate your access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms us or other users.

Custom Items & Payment, Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Because many products are embroidered, printed, or personalized to order, custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered; please double-check sizing, spelling, and personalization details before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for errors in information you provide. We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay at checkout, processed by third-party payment processors — we do not store your full card number. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
